Embroidery Patches
Custom-made embroidery patches are quick and easy to stitch with a good result, not directly on the fabric. Embroidered patches come in many different forms. Some of them are adhesive, some of them are stitched, but they both pose the same purpose: to avoid the inside feel of embroidered when worn. Some people prefer the embroidery on patches to be applied to the customized garment for raising embroidery density. Direct embroidery done on lightweight fabrics such as jersey do not tend to feel comfortable due to the heaviness of threads applied on top of the garment. To avoid that, people use embroidered patches when embroidery is the essence of their design. At Clozzify Enterprises, we can make these patches in special design cuts and can apply them to your garment in any way.

Regular Embroidery
Regular embroidery is the best method to put designs on the products, especially for corporate logos. Clozzify Enterprises turned the notch up a little when it started offering embroidery as well as screen printing or sublimation on one garment. It has allowed customers to come up with unique ideas to impose on their garments. If you look at a certain logo and want it to be embroidered and screen-printed simultaneously, you do not need to look any further than Clozzify Enterprises. Send us your designs, and we will assist you with the best option based on the fabric you choose for your garment.

Raised Or 3D Embroidery
If you are looking for a more raised embroidery that could give a 3D-like effect and make your design more prominent, you need to opt for our Raised or 3D embroidery option. This process involves giving the design a puff-like feel while still staying in the category of the thread. 3D embroidery is one of the best options for hoodies, sweatshirts, or products made with fabrics like fleece, French terry, or any heavy fabric—the heavy fabric results in the design not being too prominent if regular embroidery is done on it. Therefore, 3D embroidery completes the process of prominence for these types of fabrics.

Silk Screen Printing
Silkscreen printing is one of the most famous & and easiest ways to print designs onto a product such as T-shirts, jackets, hoodies, & more. Due to its fabric-friendly nature, it can print solid-colour designs on almost any fabric, regardless of their blend or processing. Clozzify Enterprises uses the best screen-printing approach for most of the complex designs, as opposed to butter paper, to ensure the result is sharper and more precise. The best part of our screen-printing process is our ability to do complex designs at any location since we do not use modern-day machines for complicated procedures.

Discharge Screen Printing
Discharge printing is another popular screen-printing method used in the fashion industry. The technique works on the bleaching principle, where the discharge ink is used to remove the dyed areas, resulting in a new color formation over the fabric. The inks are transferred to shirts. They remove the original color from any spot and replace it with the applied color. In terms of feel, the fabric feels soft, comfortable and durable look.

Flock Screen Printing
Pigment Screen Printing
The flock screen printing method, also known as flocking, is a printing approach which includes the addition of dye, tiny fibre particles, and adhesive over the fabric of a t-shirt or printing product. Flock screen printing results in a tremendous velvety, silky look that feels soft and fluffy to the touch. Adding a flocky touch to your custom screen-printed design makes the design stand out from others and engages your customers quickly.
As the name tells, Pigment screen printing/ water-based screen printing uses water as the primary solvent for carrying the pigment. The process is similar to discharge screen printing, but the difference is its pigment (color) is based on water instead of plastic-based liquid or Plastisol. This screen-printing method is primarily used on white and light color garments. It is best suited on light-color fabric such as white, off-white, light grey, etc.

3D Screen Printing
Puff Screen Printing
As the title says, 3D screen printing involves the use of ink to create a raised 3D effect on the printed surface of any Apparel product. The sharp edge of this method makes it unique from puff printing. It uses a particular type of printing ink that is thick and high in viscosity, resulting in printing on each surface layer, adding texture and depth to the final design. T-shirts, hoodies, cosplay suits, jackets, sweatshirts, hats, bags, and banners are typical applications over which high-density (3D) screen printing looks good.
For the puff screen printing process, specialized puff inks are used. This technique is very popular and is currently used to give a vintage look to t-shirts, sweatshirts, or jackets. However, sometimes, it is used as part of the image to add focus to a specific point or specific design within a complete design. For The Puff printing process, specialized puff printing ink is used on screens. After the transfer of ample ink, a degree of heat is applied to the image to get the puff result as required.

Sticker Heat Transfer Printing
Sticker heat transfer printing is a versatile method that involves the transfer of design from printing an image (sticker) and then printing it over the fabric. The sticker is directly fixed over the material. This printing method is commonly used in the fashion industry for tagless labels. The heat is used to transfer the design and engrave the design into the deep layers of fabric or product over which the design is transferred. The plan doesn’t come off quickly and lasts for a longer time.

Digital Printing
Glow In The Dark Printing
Clozzify Enterprises also offers a digital printing service, which is best for lower batch orders. The digital printing method uses a special kind of printer for printing designs over the fabric. The fabric is placed and aligned with measurements in the printer, which prints the designs through a Digital file over the material. Digital printing is much more reliable and has a lower rate of removal in comparison to heat transfer printing. The result of this print is similar to a sticker being pasted on top of a garment but is definitely long-lasting and can be used to print real-life images onto the products.
The process uses a special Glow-in-the-dark ink; specialized neon inks are used for the glow-the-dark printing process. This ink highlights the images, giving a better result on fabrics with darker textures. The glow-in-the-dark screen-printing technique is used for funky and fantastic images or glow-in-dark typography, creating a unique look over hoodies, jackets, sweatshirts, T-shirts and more. It can also be used for Halloween costumes if you are looking to create a theme-based clothing line.
